PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall panel arrangement structure which can prevent surface deviation of outer wall panels linearly arranged on right and left sides across a column, to thereby exhibit good appearance of an outer wall. SOLUTION: The outer wall panels 2 linearly arranged on the right and left sides of the column 1, have notched recesses 3 for rabbeting, at rear ends of mutually opposed end faces thereof, respectively. Then a connector 4 is constructed by connecting a pair of right and left press-fitting projections 5 together by a connection portion 6 on a rear side thereof. Further the press-fitting projections 5 of the connector 4 are press-fitted into gaps between the recesses 3 formed in the outer wall panels 2 and the column 1, and the connection portion 6 of the connector 4 is fitted along a rear side of the column 1, to thereby arrange the connector 4 between the pair of the outer wall panels 2. Furthermore, fastening tools 7 such as nails are penetrated from the rear side through the press-fitting projections 5 and driven into the recesses 3 formed in the outer wall panels 2, respectively, to thereby connect the connector 4 to the outer wall panels 2.
