PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device of a small, lightweight, and low-cost construction capable of reducing a prying force resulting from a wiping reaction force acting on a fixation part where a wiper motor is mounted on a motor bracket and suppressing the increase in the weight and cost in association with the wiper motor fixing structure. SOLUTION: The wiper device 10 has a first pivot holder 12 coupled with a frame member 16 in a coupling shaft 32 of the motor bracket part 28, wherein the wiper motor 80 is arranged on one side of the motor bracket part 28 in the axial direction of the first pivot shaft 20, and the output shaft 86 penetrates the motor bracket part 28 and protrudes to the other side of the motor bracket part 28.
