The toy cube has a cube body (2) with several faces (3) which can be individualised by insert part (5) fitting into indentations (4) so that each inserted piece closes flush with the associated face. Fixing means are provided to fix the inserted parts on the body. The fixing means can be adhesive provided in the indentations and/or on the undersides of the insert parts. The fixing means can be detent catches.
