The external thread on the outside of the implant body (10) is divided into a first region where it acts as a cutting thread (22), a second region where it acts as a compression thread (20) and a third region where it acts as a cortical thread (18). The cutting thread is located in the distal region (12), the cortical thread is located in the cortical region (16) and the compression thread is located in a middle region (14) of the implant body between the distal and cortical regions. The cortical thread is intended for fixing inside the cortical part of the jawbone.
