摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a pig diaphragm by which a pig diaphragm 1 is processed into a delicious cooking raw material which can be cooked by an ordinary consumer and has favorable appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for processing the pig diaphragm comprises the following process: boiling the pig diaphragm 1 whose thin membrane part 3 is joined to the inner periphery of a thick meat part 2; cutting the diaphragm 1 to obtain a plurality of pieces of cut meat 8 where the thin membrane part 3 is joined to the thick meat part 2; and making cuts 4 in the thick meat part 2 of the cut meat 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
