<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity detection circuit and a detection method provided with a function for collecting independently both offset and sensitivity, capable of acquiring a stable detection value even when a measured value is fluctuated by initial dispersion or flaws or contaminations generated during use of a sensor or a detection circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This capacity detection circuit, which is a capacity detection circuit wherein row wires cross a plurality of column wires and a capacity change at the crossing part between a column wire and a row wire is detected as a voltage value, has a column wire driving means for driving the column wires, a capacity detection means connected to the row wires, for converting a current value corresponding to the capacity of the crossing part with the driving column wire into a measured voltage value and outputting the result, and a correction means for determining a correction factor from the plurality of measured voltage values and correcting the measured voltages by the correction factor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
