<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation assembly, capable of restraining temperature rise at a fuel cell assembly and neighboring area thereof, and to provide a operating method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell assembly includes an air chamber 16, to which heated air is supplied by a heating gas supply means, and a plurality of fuel cells 62 generating power by being supplied with the heated air from the air chamber 16.
