<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a finalized school report through automatically performing a series of school scorecards preparation processing by collectively entering evaluated scores and observations for each child into a personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: When clicking [List start (98/me)] button 1 among a [List] button group, a list for scores is prepared and edited by the EXCEL. When clicking [AYUMI data] button 2 among a [AYUMI sentences] button group, sentence data is prepared by the ACCESS. While preparing sentences, sentence examples are stored by clicking [sentence example data input] 3, and sentence preparation is carried out while storing sentence data by clicking [backup] 4. Thus, a desired sentence is prepared while referring to past sentence examples, and new sentence data is prepared by clicking [data replacement] 5. When clicking [print data preparation] button 6 among [data preparation] button group, evaluated score data prepared by the EXCEL and sentence data prepared by the ACCESS are combined by the WORD, and the combined data is printed as a school report when clicking [WORD insertion] 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
