<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a mounting defect of an electronic component due to upper curvature of an electronic circuit board when the electronic component is mounted on the electronic circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: Conveyance plates 28a and 28b which support both sides of the electronic circuit board 23 from below and can freely ascend and descend are arranged in a pair of fixing plates 27a and 27b disposed in a conveyance part 22. A support block 38 making the conveyance plates 28a and 28b ascend and descend is installed. An upper curvature correction member 40 in a square frame shape presses down four peripheral edge sides in front, rear, right and left of the electronic circuit board 23 raised with the conveyance plates 28a and 28b to an upper limit position, corrects upper curvature of the electronic circuit board 23, and is arranged between upper parts of the fixing plates 27a and 27b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
