PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a dynamical characteristic of a bone in a living body noninvasively and quantitatively. SOLUTION: An echo tracking processing section 20 extracts a surface point 60 by the echo tracking processing. A straight line setting section 22 sets straight lines corresponding respectively to two upper and lower broken bones of a fracture section 54 of the bone 52 on the basis of the surface point 60 extracted by the echo tracking processing section 20. An angle operating section 26 operates the angle between the two straight lines. Then, a characteristic curve generating section 30 generates a characteristic curve indicating the relation between a load and the angle of the bones from a load value measured by a load measuring device 36 and the angle between the straight lines calculated by the angle operating section 26.
