PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental chamber capable of collecting more accurately only a volatile organic compound (VOC) generated from a device which is a measuring object. SOLUTION: This environmental chamber 101, for collecting the VOC generated from an electrical apparatus after installing the electrical apparatus 102 which is the measuring object, has an opening/closing part 11 for storing and taking out the electrical apparatus; a means for adjusting the temperature in the environmental chamber, the humidity, and a supply gas quantity or a discharge gas quantity; a collection means 104 for collecting the VOC in the environmental chamber; a hole 110 penetrating from the outside of the environmental chamber to the inside thereof, for connecting a socket plug 103 of a cable 106 of the electrical apparatus stored in the environmental chamber to a plug socket 105 outside the environmental chamber; and a cable support 108 for holding the cable in the hole and keeping gastightness in the environmental chamber.
