PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely select a capacity and a shape of an air cleaner while making uniform an adhesion of a dust to a filter element of a cylinder type. SOLUTION: In this air cleaner 1, the filter element 5 of cylinder type is mounted inside a case 2. This air cleaner comprises: a straightening vane 6 formed inside the case so as to cover an approximately entire periphery of the filter element; and an intake introduction part 3 connected to an opening 6a provided to the straightening vane.
