PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather structure of an internal combustion engine capable of sufficiently performing gas-liquid separation of blow-by gas without increasing the size of the entire internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: In the breather structure of the internal combustion engine in which an accessory is mounted on a side wall of a cylinder block 3 via an accessory bracket 10, a first breather chamber 21 is formed of the side wall of the cylinder block 3 and the accessory bracket 10 therebetween, and a separate second breather chamber 60 is provided in a communicating manner on the downstream side of the first breather chamber 20.
