PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply control device of an internal combustion engine capable of increasing the follow-up capability of an actual fuel pressure when the target fuel pressure of a fuel supplied to an injector is reduced. SOLUTION: The target fuel pressure PFOBJ is determined stepwise based on the rotational speed NE of an engine, the target fuel pressure DPFOBJ is reduced, and when a fuel pressure deviation DPFOBJ exceeds a specified value #DPFFBDN, the fuel is fully spilt (at a maximum spill amount) to prevent a new fuel from being fed to a delivery pipe connected to an injector to rapidly lower the fuel pressure PF of the delivery pipe (S410 to S424).
