PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance injection efficiency of chemicals, by improving the ground improvement effect by two chemicals. SOLUTION: A mixing chamber 3e in which the chemicals W2 and W3 flow, is arranged in an excavating rod. Thus, a mixed chemical W4 directly permeates into the ground, to exhibit the high ground improvement effect. The mixed chemical W4 is injected from a large number of injection ports 3c arranged in the pipe axis direction of the excavating rod. Thus, even when there is a lateral directional (horizontal directional) extent in a ground improvement area, the mixed chemical W4 can efficiently be injected by injection just as a curtain shape having the length and an extent.
