PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint structure which contributes to reduction in fixing ratio of pile heads, and effectively transmits a vertical pulling force to piles. SOLUTION: According to the pile head joint structure, an edge cutting plate 6 formed of a steel plate is interposed between an upper surface of a pile head of a nodal pile 1 as a foundation pile and a footing 5 as a superstructure, and the pile head of the nodal pile 1 and the footing 5 are rendered relatively movable with respect to each other in the horizontal direction. Then, a band-shaped connector 2 having a plurality of anchor reinforcements 3 attached thereto beforehand, is fixed immediately below a node 1b of the pile head, and the anchor reinforcements 3 are penetrated through the plate 6 on the side of the footing 5 to be anchored into concrete 5a of the footing 5. Since the pile head of the nodal pile 1 and the footing 5 are rendered relatively movable with respect to each other via the plate 6 in the horizontal direction, transmission of a horizontal force to the pile head at earthquake is reduced. Further, since an upper portion of each anchor reinforcement 3 is anchored to the footing 5, the anchor reinforcement resists a pulling force occurring in the vertical direction.
