PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction structure for filling with high stability and a construction method for the filling. SOLUTION: A construction method for the reinforced earth retaining wall 10 constructed by burying a filling reinforced material 20 in the filling 20 in the horizontal direction comprises a process precedently constructing the filling until the height to be completed while performing rolling pressure while being buried by taking out the end section of the filling reinforced material 20 to the side of the filling 30, a process setting retaining wall blocks 40 at a interval capable of being worked from the side of the filling 30 by a worker, a process connecting the end section of the filling reinforced material 20 taken out to the side of the filling 30 to the back of the retaining wall blocks 40 and a process constructing a buffer layer 50 by filling a space between the retaining wall block 40 and the side of the filling 30 with a granular material to disperse by absorbing soil pressure of the filling 30.
