PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for working a flower not requiring water, such as preserved flowers, which are conventionally poor in sizes and varieties, making it possible that the flower in a single state is freely changed into various blooming conditions similar to those of a natural flower. SOLUTION: This technique (for modifying the flower to have various sizes and blooming conditions) for working the flower not requiring the water, such as the preserved flower, comprises opening the flower to have an optional size as shown in Figure 1, and then arranging the flower to have a shape as shown in Figure 2.
