PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing device of an inspection port having a closing cover having a locking mechanism, for preventing opening of the closing cover by a malicious third party, by providing the closing device of the inspection port having engaging bodies engaging with a frame receiving member in the closing cover with sufficient strength. SOLUTION: The closing cover 4 is provided with a plurality of engaging bodies 6 freely engageable with and disengageable from the frame receiving member 3 in a closing state of the inspection port 2, an engaging-disengaging operation mechanism 27 for engaging and disengaging the engaging bodies 6 by external operation from above the closing cover 4, and a blocking-up member 40 freely attachable and detachable by covering an operation part upper part of this engaging-disengaging operation mechanism 27. The blocking-up member 40 is provided with the locking mechanism capable of locking and unlocking an installation state to the closing cover 4 by operation of an insertable-extractable key 41.
