The stand (2) is assembled of a central column and two semi-cylindrical shells attached to the column with crosswise arranged levers in order to be moved towards the column for transport. The oval base comprises of two halves (11), joined with hinges (15) and fitted with integrated heating elements (12) and a socket (14) located at the rim. A set of grill containers (31) suitable for grilling meat can be positioned on top of the base (11) or a set of hot dog preparing elements (34) provided with rotating bars.
