<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electronic circuit unit with sufficient productivity and secure connection of an electrode and a land. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic circuit unit, a recessed part 1c that can store a semiconductor component 4 is disposed at the rear face 1b-side of a circuit board 1 and the semiconductor component 4 is arranged in the recessed part 1c in a state where the lower part of the semiconductor component 4 does not protrude outward from the lower end of the recessed part 1c. Thus, a lower end of the circuit board 1 is made abut on a jig 7, and a semiconductor component 3 is thermo-compressively bonded to the surface 1a-side of the circuit board 1 in a state where the circuit board 1 is stably supported. Thus, the electronic circuit unit where the sticking state of a connection conductor 5 on a semiconductor component 3-side to a land is sufficient and certain can be obtained, and the electronic circuit unit where supporting in the circuit board 1 becomes stable can be obtained. Consequently, a jig corresponding to various models is not necessary to be prepared.
