<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing cooking soup where return soup and soup stock are reserved in thoroughly mixed state so as to be supplied as cooking soup. <P>SOLUTION: This device for producing the cooking soup is structured as follows: forming a return-soup pipe line 5 feeding out the return soup enclosed in a package 11 in a return-soup supplying part A, and a stock-soup pipe line 6 feeding out the stock soup extracted in an extraction tank 21 of a stock-soup supplying part B; providing a mixture pipe line 7 making the return soup from the return-soup pipe line 5 and the stock soup from the stock-soup pipe line 6 join to each other to supply the mixed soup to a warmth preserving tank 31 of a cooking-soup storage part C; stirring the mixed soup from the mixture pipe line 7 in a bowl-shaped stirring body 8; and making the mixed soup overflow into the inside of the warmth preserving tank 31 out of the stirring body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
