<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing lump breader enabling easy and uniform production of lumps in producing lumb breader containing lumbs; to provide lumb breader imparting crispy, light and favorable palate feeling to fry food; and to provide fry food using the lumb breader. <P>SOLUTION: The lumb breader contains lumbs produced by adding whipped batter liquid to breader. The method for producing lumb breader comprises adding water to batter raw material, whipping the mixture to prepare whipped batter liquied, and mixing the whipped batter liquid with breader.
