<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer connector which can be automatically mounted on a printed board. <P>SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive sheet 1 is formed by arranging a group of conductive elastomers 1B so as to penetrate through the back and front surfaces of a non-conductive sheet-shaped elastomer A. A plurality of U-shaped needles 2 made of metal which are both wings of the conductive elastomer 1B group are knocked into the sheet-shaped elastomer 1A from another face Q thereof. The needle 2 are bent on the one surface P of the sheet-shaped elastomer 1A to stitch the sheet-shaped elastomer 1A. The needle 2 is used as a jointing part to be soldered to lands 3A of the printed board 3, and the anisotropic conductive sheet 1 is mounted on the surface of the printed board 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
