<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable fabric with powerful magnetism, and to improve the blood circulation of a user, to stimulate effective points of the user, to help recover the health, and to promote the health of the user without much effort by manufacturing a product with the fabric and wearing the product made of the fabric as underwear or socks not for the exaggerated magnetic treatment but to be worn everyday. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic body formed with mixture of magnetic power such as ferrite and rare earth and resin is applied to a fiber textile in the shape of small projections and dried.
