PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna installed on an insulator such as window glass surface or resin body, etc. of a vehicle which is suited for receiving radio waves of frequencies over TV broadcast wave VHF bands and transmitting/receiving radio waves for automobile telephones, portable telephones, personal radio systems, business radio systems, PHS, etc. SOLUTION: The antenna is composed of a first polygonal or arcuate closed loop-like element extending from a first feeding point disposed on the window glass surface of a mobile such as automobiles or an insulation member surface of its body, and a second element disposed inside the first element nearer to the first element from a second feeding point provided near the first feeding point. The first element has a longer line length exceeding one wavelength of a transmitting/receiving radio wave than that of the second element. The second element has a line length equal to a 3/4- or 5/4-wavelength of the transmitting/receiving radio wave.
