PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with excellent convenience, portability and furthermore with excellent design performance wherein the arrangement of members configuring cases can be changed depending on respective use forms of a plurality of functions. SOLUTION: The mobile phone is configured with an upper case (first case) 2 and a lower case (second case) 3, and the upper case and the lower case are hinged so as to be slid only in a prescribed slide direction by slide rails 24, 34. Sliding the upper case in one direction with respect to the lower case from an overlapped state of the cases can expose operation buttons 33a, 33b and a display screen 31 located at the lower case and sliding the upper case in the other direction can expose ten-keys 32 located at the lower case. Further, the relative position between the upper case and the lower case can be fixed in each of the states where the operation buttons, the display screen and the ten-keys are respectively exposed.
