INORGANIC PANEL AND ITS COATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method for an inorganic panel made excellent in water resistance and freezing damage resistance by infiltrating a sealer material into an inorganic panel base material. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the inorganic panel constituted by infiltrating the sealer material into the inorganic panel base material, the surface of the inorganic panel base material is coated with the sealer material from a shower coater and the surface of this coated inorganic panel base material is pressed by a squeezing roll while moving the inorganic panel base material by a conveyor. A pressing effect is accelerated by revolving the squeezing roll. Further, the pressing effect is accelerated by differentiating the peripheral speed of the squeezing roll from the moving speed of the inorganic panel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
