PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high durability and lowering of costs in a throw-away drill including a removable throw-away tip having a rotating shaft in common to a holder. SOLUTION: In this throw-away drill 1, the rear end side of the throw-away tip 2 having a cutting blade at the forward end is removably mounted on the holder 3. At the forward end of the holder 3, the throw-away tip 2 and a clamp member 4 composed of a cylindrical base part having the rotating shaft 10 in common to the holder 3 and a rotation inhibit part projected toward the outer periphery are mounted to rotate round the rotating shaft 10 with the lower surface of the rotation inhibit part slidable to the forward end of the holder 3. A rotary fixing and projecting part 7 on the rear end side of the throw-away tip 2 is held and fixed between the rotation inhibit wall surface of the clamp member 4 and the rotation transmitting wall surface of the forward end part of the holder 3.
