PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter capable of cleanly and easily cutting cloth extended over and adhered to an inner wall of a building at a corner of an edge of a column. SOLUTION: A pair of guide surfaces 12 are crossed at an angle of less than 90°, a corner part is chamfered in an R shape, a sheath type mounting part 15 is projected and provided on a guide 14 on which an operating part 13 extending backward is integrally formed and one side end part of the cutter is inserted into the mounting part 15 free to extract and insert. The cutter is constituted of a sheath 7, an operating member 8 installed on the sheath 7 free to slide and a blade 6 a rear end of which is axially supported and connected to the operating member 8 and a knife edge of which goes in and out from a head end of the sheath 7 by sliding operation of the operating member 8, and an angular apex part of the tip end of the sheath is chamfered in an R shape. The cutter 6 inserted into the mounting part 15 is passed through the mounting part 15, fixed by a locking screw 18 screwed into the sheath 7 and the blade 6 is fixed without inclining as a tip end of the locking screw holds a blunt edge of the blade 6.
