PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor where a balance weight is fixed to a rotor by a method other than an adhesive. SOLUTION: The rotor 3 includes a rotor core 4 and an end plate 50, and it turns around a turning shaft, being fixed to the shaft 5. Permanent magnets, which constitute rotor magnetic poles 31 and 35, are buried around the rotor core 4. The end plate 50 is provided with burying holes 50 and 55 geared to the balance weight provided for modifying the unbalance in rotation of the rotor. Then, the balance weight 70 is fitted in, for example, the burying hole 51, according to the rotation balance of the rotor 3, and the balance weight 70 is fixed to the end plate 50 by the magnetic flux leaked from the rotor magnetic pole 31.
