摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nickel-titanium based sintering material excellent in wear resistance, and to provide its producing method. SOLUTION: The nickel-titanium based sintering material contains 55-85 mass% nickel and 15-45 mass% titanium, its percentage of void is 35-65%, the average grain diameter of the pure nickel powder used for raw material is 3-30μm, and the average grain diameter of the pure titanium powder is 5-35μm. In the method for producing the nickel-titanium based sintering material, a molding is produced by an injection molding method using the mixture which contains 40-70 vol% of the pure nickel powder and the pure titanium powder in total and 30-60 vol% organic binder and contains 55-85 mass% of the pure nickel powder and 15-45 mass% of the pure titanium powder, then is heated to remove the organic binder and then is sintered at 900-1200°C in a vacuum atmosphere.
