PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly and easily separating/refining a labeled substance, as compared with conventional affinity adsorbent bodies, and for rapidly and easily separating/refining an affinity adsorbent body having large physical strength, and the labeled substance in liquid to be treated. SOLUTION: In the affinity adsorbent body, ligands are immobilized to a support that is essentially insoluble to a medium contained in the liquid to be treated, and the liquid to be treated is brought into contact with the ligands, thus adsorbing and separating a substance that specifically interacts with the ligand existing in the liquid to be treated. In the method for separating/refining the labeled substance, a resin for solid phase organic synthesis is used as the support in the affinity adsorbent body, the liquid to be treated is brought into contact with the affinity adsorbent body, and the labeled substance existing in it is made to adsorb in the adsorbent body.
