MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR INORGANIC PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inorganic panel having high coating film adhesion and freezing damage resistance without lowering productivity. SOLUTION: A raw material slurry containing at least a cement component as a solid component is subjected to a papermaking process, extruded or cast and subsequently press-shaped to obtain a substrate and this substrate is coated with a sealer and aged to manufacture the inorganic panel. The water content of the substrate is adjusted to 12-20% by vacuum drying before the substrate is coated with the sealer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
