PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel driving device having diet effect by boat-rowing operation of a travel lever, having preferable effect from the view of rehabilitation, capable of ensuring safety of usage, realizing speed up and smoothly performing direction change operation. SOLUTION: A first ratchet mechanism 3A and a second ratchet mechanism 3B are set such that a first ratchet gear 43 rotates and a second ratchet gear 44 races when the travel lever 4 is forwardly pushed and the first ratchet gear 43 races and the second ratchet gear 44 rotates when the travel lever 4 is drawn near to the front.
