<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress providing a user with comfortable sleep and easiness in sitting up, and enabling the easy recycling and reduction of disposal costs. <P>SOLUTION: The mattress 10 comprises a board-shaped cushioning material 10 and a cover for covering the cushioning material 10. The cushioning material 10 is molded from a polyethylene foamed body.
