<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising means effective in a private communication environment in which an e-mail can be exchanged through a server apparatus between terminals. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of advertizing, a terminal 100 transmits the e-mail with a moving video file 101 including a first moving image to a terminal 200. A server apparatus 300 inspects whether the file capacity obtained by combining a first moving image with a second moving image relating to an advertisement exceeds the maximum capacity of the moving video file attached to the e-mail or not. When exceeding, a predetermined one user of mail transceiving persons or both the users confirms whether the reduction of the moving image capacity is allowed or not. When allowed, a synthetic moving video file 103 which does not exceed the maximum capacity by giving processing which reduces the capacity of the first moving image and combining with the second moving image, and transmitted to the terminal 200.
