<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct the database of highly reliable know-how information, and to provide the know-how information in such configurations that it can be easily used by an information user, and to make evaluation for the know-how information useful for validly utilizing or digging up personnel in an organization. <P>SOLUTION: This method for using know-how information comprises a personal data storage stage (S1) for storing personal data (B) such as the history of each employee in a database (16), a know-how information storage stage (S2) for storing know-how information (A) to be provided by an information provider in the database, an evaluation information storage stage (S3) for enabling a preceding information user to refer to the know-how information, and to accumulatively store evaluation information (C) being evaluation for the referred know-how information in the database by associating it with the know-how information and the personal data of the information user, and a know-how information selection stage (S4) for enabling a following information user to retrieve necessary know-how information from the database, and to select the know-how information by referring to the evaluation information and the personal data of the preceding information user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
