<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable and excellent rotational fluctuation characteristics at always by settling fluctuation in the rotational fluctuation characteristics, related to a motor control arrangement equipped with a fine speed controlling function. <P>SOLUTION: A control calculation cycle setting means 107 is provided to vary the cycle of a control calculation means 103 according to the fine control value of speed command.
