PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin structure mounted to a Stirling cycle refrigerator used for a portable cooling box, and arrangeable in a small space. SOLUTION: The radiating fin structure 18 mounted to a heat radiating part 16 of the Stirling cycle refrigerator 7 is provided with plate-like fins 17 arranged perpendicularly to the center axis of the Stirling cycle refrigerator 7. Since a plurality of plate-like fins 17 are arranged parallel orthogonally to the center axis of the Stirling cycle refrigerator 7, there is no need to provide a space for changing an air current direction, above the fin structure 18.
