PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag of sanitary tissue paper capable of eliminating any breakage during the transport while forming perforations over the entire length of an unsealing opening, easily unsealable and excellent in appearance in a storage mode. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag 1 to store a plurality of paper rolls 5 and 5, a handle part 3 with both ends thereof joined with side surfaces 2C and 2D facing each other of the packaging bag 1 is provided across a top surface of the packaging bag 1. Unsealing perforations 4 are formed in the top surface 2A of the packaging bag 1, or the unsealing perforations 4 are formed at least on the side surfaces on the upper side of joining positions P and P of the handle part 3.
