PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition excellent in storage stability and weather resistance, high in adhesion retention after the application of the primer and excellent in workability, having sufficient adhesive properties even for a resin glass provided with a silicone hard coat, and in addition excellent in low temperature adhesive properties. SOLUTION: The primer composition contains (A) a reactive acrylic resin that is a copolymer between specific methacrylates of two kinds and a monomer having a hydroxy group and at least one aromatic ring, (B) a silane compound which is obtained by reacting a dialkoxyepoxysilane and a trialkoxyepoxysilane in specific proportions with an aminosilane having two amino groups and/or imino groups, (C) a bisphenol A type epoxy resin whose epoxy equivalent is 1,000-2,000 g/eq, (D) carbon black, (E) a tertiary amine having a hydroxy group, and (F) an organic solvent.
