PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply producing (meth)acrylic acid esters useful as resin raw materials for constituting the component of a coating, an adhesive, a self adhesive, a resin for an ink, a resist, a molding material, an optical material, etc., in a good yield, and also a method for simply dissolving the residue of an ester interchange catalyst. SOLUTION: This method for producing (meth)acrylic acid esters expressed by formula (4) [wherein, R<SP>2</SP>is H or methyl] is characterized by performing the ester interchange reaction of a compound expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a fluoroalkyl] with at least 1 kind of (meth)acrylic esters expressed by formula (3) [wherein, R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-3C alkyl or alkenyl].
