PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube straightening device to improve a tube manufacturing step, in particular, a tube straightening step. SOLUTION: The tube straightening device (1) to straighten a tube (2) has an expander head (8) which is embedded in the tube (2) and expandable in the radial direction and at least one straightening table (3), positions the straightening table (3) at a desired position (x) along the longitudinal axis (L) of the tube (2), and straightens the tube (2) by allowing the straightening table (3) to apply the force (F) in the radial direction to a part of a wall of the tube (2). At least one straightening table (3) is constituted of a tube position adjusting device to be simultaneously cooperative with the expander head (8). A bar-shaped or tubular girder (4) which is inserted in the tube (2) is provided. At least one straightening table (3) is arranged movably along the longitudinal axis (LT) of the girder (4). A means (5) to press the straightening table (3) against an inner surface of the tube (2) by pushing the straightening table (3) outwardly in the radial direction from the longitudinal axis (LT) of the girder (4) is provided.
