PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset implement equipped with an inexpensive actuator driving apparatus of simple structure. SOLUTION: A border coating machine 1, one example of the offset implement, has an offset mechanism 20 shakable right and left by extension and contraction movement of a shaking cylinder 3 on a mounting part 10 to be attached to the rear part of a running machine body 90 and a rotatable operation part 40 having a frame part 41 equipped with a rotatable fulcrum O at the rear end and extended. The front side passive clutch 6 of the frame part 41 is connected to a drive side clutch 8 of the mounting part 10 by shaking of the offset mechanism 20 to move the operation part 40 to a forward operation position, to move the operation part 40 to a rotation position where the operation part 40 is rotatable and the rear side passive clutch 7 of the frame part 41 is connected to the drive side clutch 8 to move the operation part 40 to a backward operation position. The offset implement has an actuator driving apparatus for moving the operation part 40 between the forward operation position and the backward operation position by driving either the shaking cylinder 3 or an extension and contraction cylinder 51 according to the operation signal of an operation switch.
