PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center tube of a pipe with a spiral guide passage, which enables a long center tube to be constructed in a manhole, even if a diameter of an insertion hole of the manhole is small and even after a ceiling is constructed in the manhole, and the pipe with the spiral guide passage, which is equipped with the center tube. SOLUTION: In this center tube 52 of the pipe 1 with the spiral guide passage, a plurality of types of short tube-shaped tube members 92-95 are stacked in a line along the axes of them. Thus, even if the diameter of the insertion hole of the manhole 2 is small and even after the ceiling 24 is constructed in the manhole 2, the tube members 92-95 can independently and easily be inserted into the manhole 2, and the relatively long center tube 52 can be constructed in the manhole 2 by connecting the respective tube members 92-95 together in a stacked state.
