First (1) and second (2) differential switching elements along with first (5) and second (6) current supply devices supply an adjusting current (Iref+) and have different steady rate characteristics. The adjusting current adjusts a threshold value for a comparator suitable for a high-speed analog converter. An independent claim is also included for an analog-digital converter for converting an incoming analog signal into a digital output signal.
