<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-blast circuit-breaker which performs integration and display of the integration according to the flow rate of an appliance. <P>SOLUTION: A flow rate calculation means 20 performs conversion of the flow rate. An integration correction means 21 determines whether it is plus or minus with respect to the flow rate value of the flow rate calculation means 20, and corrects the integration until a prescribed amount is integrated. An addition integration quantity calculation means 22 calculates the integration period of a unit integration quantity, and outputs the unit integration quantity per a prescribed time, from the flow rate value which reaches the prescribed integration value, which is outputted by the integration correction means 21, and which is obtained by the flow rate calculation means 20.
