NOVEL TARGET PROTEIN OF ANTICANCER AGENT AND NOVEL ANTICANCER AGENT (SPNAL) CORRESPONDING THERETO

It is intended to provide a medicinal composition containing, as the active ingredient, a compound specifically binding to KSRP or a functional fragment thereof and a method of screening this compound. A composition capable of regulating the expression or activity of KSRP, which is a novel target protein of an anticancer agent, and a medicinal composition containing this compound are highly useful as drugs for proliferative drugs, in particular, as anticancer agents. It is expected that the provision of the novel target protein would contribute to the clarification of the anticancer function which has not been revealed hitherto.
