摘要 The invention relates to the field of chemistry, particularly to the production of granulated potassium- magnesium fertilizers based on polymineral potassium ores. A method for preparing granulated potassium-magnesium fertilizer involving mixing the potassium- magnesium component with the binding material, granulating the mixture with an application of argillaceous component, drying thereof and separation of the fraction of product with the size more than 1 mm. At that as potassium-magnesium component a mixture of natural kainite- langbeinite ore ground to the size of 1.0-2.0 mm and powdered potassium -chloride, the binding material is taken of 6-9 % of the mixture weight, potassium-magnesium component is mixed with the binding agent in the course of granulation, granulation is performed during 0.2-2.0 min at mechanical mixing, and argillaceous component for application on granules is taken from internal layers of kainite-langbeinite ore due to the intensive mechanical mixing the mixture. Use of the invention allows to obtain fertilizers in the form of granules with high strength and resistance to abrasion and reduced caking property.
